1. Privacy is important to the company, this Policy covers what information/data of the client’s is collected, how it is used, disclosed, transferred and stored.
2. The company collect information about those who make enquiries as a potential client, or who it does business with as a Client, Consultant, Contractor, Sub-Contractor, Supplier, Manufacturer

4. The information clients provide will be used to personalise the company‘s services to suit the clients individual or company’s needs, for instance the company design buildings to suit our client’s needs and aspirations.
5. The company use a variety of personal information depending on the services delivered to its clients. For all the company services your name, address and contact details will be required, to allow it to locate your premises/land. For some services the company may need additional information for example:-
a. Bank details for payments.
b. Information to allow the company to check your identity and information about your credit history.
c. Proof of identity – and money laundering
d. Fraud prevention, and to meet legal obligations
6. Any other information that is relevant to be able to provide the contracted services to the client, to meet or enforce legal obligation or where it is fair and reasonable for the company to do so.
7. On some projects the company may ask for information relating to medical or disability conditions for instance where it is designing buildings that need to be tailored to suit those needs, and the needs of occupants and visitors to a building it is designing.
8. The company do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to other parties any personal information of its clients.
9. The company may also release your information when it believesit appropriate to comply with the law, or protect other rights, property or safety.
10. By appointing the company and the services it provides, the client is consenting to the company contacting them and using the information provided to carry out the Services the client is appointing the company to undertake.
11. The company will only use a client’s personal information where this is permitted by law. Where:-
a. It has the client’s consent (if consent is needed)
b. It needs to use the information to comply with its legal obligations
